Looking for Kid Friendly Cafes in Melbourne?

Melbourne has some great cafes and if you’re a parent who loves coffee (erm who doesn’t?!), then you’ll appreciate how great it is to find a Kid Friendly Cafe which is both enjoyable for the kids and grown-ups! Here’s 10 of the Top Kid Friendly Cafes in Melbourne to put on your list…

What is a Kid Friendly Cafe?

There are many things that can make a cafe kid friendly, from having high chairs, baby changing facilities and a kids menu. Kids and Places Australia believe that a kid friendly cafe (or a restaurant) gets a special tick of approval if it either has a separate play area for the kids or is close to/adjacent to a playground. It’s often a much more relaxing experience for parents/carers (and the rest of the people in the cafe!) if there is a dedicated place for the kids to play rather than being confined just to a table with the grown-ups. That’s why on our app you’ll only find cafes/restaurants that tick either of those boxes. We’ve sought the Top 10 Kid Friendly Cafes in Melbourne worth adding to your FUN list. Ok, enough of the small talk lets get to the good stuff…
